The issue has now been resolved, and the managed package is operating normally for all affected customers.

We have addressed the issue with a new managed package v.3.7.7 which is now available for download.
Identified
The team is actively working on a fix. There will be a new managed package release coming soon (v3.7.7) that will need to be downloaded once the fix is live.
Status page will be updated as soon as the new version is available to download.
Investigating
We have identified an authentication issue within the latest version of the Ironclad Salesforce Managed Package.
If you have not yet upgraded, no action is required. To ensure your integration remains stable, please do not upgrade your Salesforce version until further notice. We are working on a resolution and will provide an update once the issue is resolved.
