Monitoring
Rate limits for document OCR were reached and adjusted to address the issue. We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting Document OCR in Ironclad that is resulting in errors in Smart Import, Run AI, and Intake Agent (EAP). Our team is actively working to identify and resolve the problem.
